When Those world-famous gates open
The narrator welcomes us as the iconic gates open to reveal herbivores grazing throughout a calm cove. What could go wrong?
These mischievous Compies
These tiny green mischief-makers steal the show by playing tug-of-war with a box of popcorn.
Pop-up Parasaur
This gentle giant emerges from the water just a few feet from the raft, spraying water as she roars before sinking back out of sight.
Almost making that Hadrosaur Cove…
Looks like the Hadrosaur Cove is unexpectedly “closed” since there’s a raft already stuck in the entrance, as though something’s gone off the rails… literally, sending our raft off course.
The original Raptor Encounter
Long before the popular Raptor Encounter began, fans would get their first close call with a Raptor when she comes crashing down out of the ceiling during the raft’s uphill climb.
T-Rex’s big entrance
As the countdown to the 84-foot drop begins, a life-sized T-Rex emerges from the fog and shadows, roaring in rage… and the only way to escape her is straight down!
SPLASH.
The drop takes us away from the T-Rex’s jaws, but straight down into a gigantic splash that guarantees every rider will get wet!
A final farewell from the Dilophosaurus
Just when you think you’re drying off, a lone Dilophosaurus emerges from the bushes to spray a jet of water across the raft. You little trickster!
