Universal Studios Hollywood offers phenomenal discount options to all active and retired U.S. military personnel all year long! Eligible members include active and retired US Military, DOD personnel, National Guard, Reservists, Veterans and their dependents.

Tickets for these specially priced offers must be purchased in advance and can only be obtained at participating Military Ticket Offices throughout the United States. These special military rates are not available at the Universal Studios Hollywood box office. A military or U.S. Government I.D. is required for purchase.

Here is how to obtain your tickets.

Option #1
Visit your local base Military Ticket Office to purchase your tickets. If your local base does not have tickets on hand, they will try to pre-order for you. It is recommended that you call them ahead of time to make these arrangements. The ticket office can usually have your tickets within five business days.

Please contact the Military Ticket Program at (901) 874-6891 to locate the nearest Military Ticket office for prices and purchase options.

The Military Ticket Program office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Central Time, Closed Weekends and Holidays.  Voicemail messages will be returned by the next business day.

If you do not pre-purchase your tickets before arriving to the park, you are still eligible for a discount.  Eligible members include active and retired US Military, DOD personnel, National Guard, Reservists, Veterans and their dependents. Present your valid Military or US Government ID at the ticket booth in order to receive your discount.  You will receive a $3.00 discount off General Admission tickets and $3.00 off 48” and below tickets.
